Use a router for booth or if you haven't one install a proxy server on one PC. You connect booth PCs via LAN. On one PC (the PC with the internet connection) you install Squid (or another application) as Proxy server. Method 2: use a old pentium1 (3rd PC) to make a router yourself with Linux for the other 2 PCs.
