Yes, it's called Samba.

You can enable it in the Sharing pref pane... Look around in there :)

how bout internet connection sharing between mac (host) and pc?

Use a router for booth or if you haven't one install a proxy server on one PC.

like a proxy server software? you have any suggestions? i was thinking of direct cable (cat 5) connection through lan.

You connect booth PCs via LAN. On one PC (the PC with the internet connection) you install Squid (or another application) as Proxy server.

Method 2: use a old pentium1 (3rd PC) to make a router yourself with Linux for the other 2 PCs.
