Unperfect
I've searched the internet and found out that this problem has to do with bios settings, but i cannot identify which one. Anyway her's my configuration(I doubt it would help, but anyway) Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R Jetway 9800 GT 1Gb 3Gb Ram(Transcend) Q9550 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/127359-jettisoning-kernel-linker/ Share on other sites
Steve De Caux
Jettisoning the kernel linker is supposed to happen, it's a normal part of the OSX boot. On my Shuttle I get the occassional hang, esp after a system update, but seems to be OK after a frontpanel reset (occassionally it takes 2 resets to get it together). The hang seems to occur at a random point in the boot, normally before it gets as far as your screen pic shows. Coolin93
When I got Hackintosh to work it would hang on that sometimes and I would just have to press the power button for a second and it would work. I don't know why it worked my only guess is that the hard drive goes into a sleep mode or something and that wakes it up....but I don't really know. This my not be a permanent fix for you cause once I shutdown my computer for the second time(the first would be after the installation) it never wants to load again.
