kylegypo
Go to system profiler and check if your graphics card is supported for QE/QGL and core image. If so go to desktop and screensaver in preferences and there should be an option for the translucent bar. I had this problem (if you can call it that lol) because my graphics card was working but I hadn't used the proper kexts for my card. good luck. Suprjacob
Try a program called Onyx. Somewhere in there is an option for translucent menu. It comes with Kalyway's release.
