Brennagan Posted August 29, 2008 Share Posted August 29, 2008 I have a dell inspiron 1525 and i wanted to install leopard so i downloaded and burned kalyway 10.5.2 and iatkos v4i and changed my bios settings to boot from cd now all it does is take a bit longer to boot with a little flashing "_" and then still boots windows vista just fine. Brennagan Posted August 29, 2008 Author Share Posted August 29, 2008 I press F2 (since its dell) to enter bios and then i moved my boot from cd/dvd/ and everything to the first slot and then i save and exit and it shows a black screen with a little "_" at the top and then eventually boots up vista anyways Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The options in this menu are: Repair Your Computer Safemode Safemode with Networking Safemode with Command Prompt Enable Boot Logging Enable low-resolution video (640-480) Last Knowwn Good Configuration (advanced) Directory Services Restore Mode Debugging Mode Disable automatic restart on system failure Disable Driver Signature Enforcemnet Start Windows Normally Thanks btw for all the help im sure ill get it to work eventually XD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
