shd Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 ok, my notebook is comming and i wanna know what exactly i have to download and do to have OSx86 on it. it's an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4, 4 GB RAM, 256MB NVIDIA GEFORCE 8400M GS, Dell Wirless 360 Bluetooth, Wireless Intel 4965AGN Mini-card, Sata 160GB, 5400RPM. what i have to do? im not a pro on other OS, but have already formated my pc many times. thx for the help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is no osx support for it and I do not think there will ever be. Atheros and Broadcom both work nicely - The Dell 136x series are broadcom if you want to stock with Dell. You will want the NVidia GO drivers for video, VoodooHDA for audio, Either the Voodoo kernel or ps2 drivers to get you keyboard and touchpad to work. That should cover the basics. Good Luck!
