Keep kernel panic'ing

I have that exact m/b and CPU. How did you load it up? I used ##### and ##### with the custom kext for the m/b. lnx2mac: I grabbed your kext last night and installed on my Gigabyte X58-USB3 board, It starts, find the chip, recognizes the MAC address and thinks it is OK according to dmesg when running the DEBUG driver, but no network connection is made - no lights on the connector either. I built the system with #####/##### based on the DSDT from the database - proper BIOS level. The network worked fine while I was booting off of the ##### disc but once I finally got the system to properly boot on its own, which required Chameleon RC5 with ATI support, ATY_INIT vervet kext (for Radeon 5770) and VoodooHDA 0.2.56, the network stopped working. I installed your 67+ package, but still no good. I can set up a manual IP and it will ping itself, but that is it. Any thoughts? Thanks, RT

HP Mini 311 - Support Questions/Requests PART II

I had 10.6.2 with HF4, upgraded to 10.6.4 then installed this and could not boot. I ended up having to re-install HF4 after booting from an external drive because this release will only install itself to the boot drive, at least I cannot figure out how to change it. Did I miss something? If not would it be possible to add that option in (or put it back) so that I can boot off my external drive (10.6.2/HF4) and apply the patch to my internal drive if something goes wrong again? Thanks, RT
