tech4
I am running 10.5.4 Leo and when I run software update I get "Your Software is up to date". I know it is not. When I run iMovie it says there is an update to 7.1.4. I ask it to get update then the Software Update app says it is all up to date. I have looked around and had not found anything. The problem is on a Gigbyte MOBO GA-945GCM-S2C with Itel Core 2 Duo and 2 gig,s of ram. Hmm, If I overclock, will it cause this issue? I just noticed that system profiler is unable to get any information. I am going to reset to defaukt and see what happens. tech4
Have you checked Apple's downloads page? I have but that is not the issue. What I am saying is that the Software Update stopped working. When it looks it tells me there is no update for my machine when there is. Has anyone had this issue. I have not been found anything on the forums yet that talk about this. I found a lot of postings on Software update crashing. This is bizarre. It worked up until 10.5.3. It seems to have stopped working in 10.5.4. I started with Kalaway 10.5.2.
