pyrates Posted July 11, 2008 Share Posted July 11, 2008 According to the radio station CKNW this morning, that $30 data plan that rogers/fido offered, is a 3 month promotion. You still gotta sign up for 3 years. But the data plan price goes back to its normal amount after 3 months. Apparently they think we're all stupid and that we won't read the fine print. bubba129 Posted July 14, 2008 Share Posted July 14, 2008 That is correct I picked up a 3G the day it came out and signed up for the 6gig data for 30 dollars. I will have that deal until the end of my 3 years. All they are trying to say is that on September 1st the deal will change, might go back to the old pricing plan no one seems to know right now.
