Hagar Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 you'll never get around the sse2 limitation, and the older the machine the slower & more buggy it will be. If your machine has at least an intel chipset, supported graphics card & sse2, I'd go for a JaS 10.4.8 & look at disabling spotlight & dashboard. This is much the same as the method used to get tiger to run on older macs. Take a look on www.macosxhints.com for details.
