Any version i try resolute in:

1. Restart

2. Freeze

Restarts (kalyway) happens before the start of loading the black screen.

Freeze (iatkos) happens after this part: Extension "com.apple.driver.ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin" has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi componenets; use only one style

My system is this one:

MSI ms-7379 board

Intel Core 2 Duo E6700

2048 MB

Sata DVD

320 GB Sata HD

In the last month all version any guide all i got is that :(

Can any one please please help me???

The Minstrel - can you tell me the way to try what you are saying please?

I`ve had the exact same problem that you, solution? Removed the hard drive from my laptop and placed the hard drive in a HP laptop, installed Mac OS x Leopard in my hard drive in the HP laptop and once installed switched the hard drive back to my laptop, then runs great:) Is important to choose the right drivers and patches in customize area!!! Still today when i have to reinstall i have to do this the same way, in my laptop at the boot of the install disk simply reboots...

What if you don't have a second computer

magnat2 - nice one! if no anther way will work that will be a way that i will try...

Gujal - i think i did, but i'm downloding it right now and will try one more time. Any thing that i need to know? or just to run it? my system is sata hd and dvd, is that some thing that will effect the installation?

Mount the image, delete IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext in /System/Library, then run the ADD_KEXT_TO_DVD script in Kalyway. This will clear the kext cache. Eject the volume, burn it, and you're good. Got it working on my brand new M8430F.

This is what someone said would work. They had the same problem as GalBrill (And I) Had. I mounted it but didn't see system/library. Grr
