escozzaro71 Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 In pratica ho installato Leopard Vanilla 1.5.1 è funziona tranne l'audio e il boot che avviene con DVD Poi ho installato Ubuntu 7.10 e ora volevo provare a configurare il boot di Grub per avviare sia Ubuntu che Mac. Maury84 Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 Sì, è possibile. Anche se in realtà è consigliato installare Ubuntu PRIMA di MacOSX. A ogni modo, devi modificare il file menu.lst che trovi nella directory /boot/grub. Da terminale puoi digitare sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst Per sapere cosa andare a modificare, ti invito a leggere questo post. Ci sono alcuni metodi di startup per il dual boot. andreiano Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 perchè non provi a installarti ubuntu 8.04 ? riconosce in maniera automatica le partizioni e le include nel boot se cosi non dovesse essere leggeti bene il topic linkato da Maury84. che c'è un bel po di roba. ants Posted June 15, 2008 Share Posted June 15, 2008 guarda qui: grub una volta che hai installato grub non ti legge automaticamente le partizioni per cui le devi attivare manualmente: apri /boot/grub/menu.lst ed aggiungi alla fine: title Mac OSX root (hd0,0) # 0,0 è la prima partiz. del disco (sda1), 0,1 è la seconda (sda2), etc.. makeactive chainloader +1 per la partiz.
