VooD Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 Yep, I also feel ATI to works better than nvidia in 2d, but they still are too complicated to configure in osx, most of them needs patches binaries, fixes, modding plist, etc, etc..., on the contrary most 8x00 and 7x00 works almost out of the box (just nvinject, or efi strings). I'd also like to know if apple plans supporting 9x00 cards in 10.5.4 with a graphics update or something like that, I'd hate buying a 8800gt only to know next day 9x00 are compatible. But well..that's what we all risk ourselves by not buying Apple hardware lol.
