CaiusJulius Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 Hey guys, I've spent the last 90 minutes (!) looking for where to download that *****ing Azalia kext for my leopard (10.5.3). It seems to be the only solution to get sound out of my onboard AD1988B sound chip (asus p5b motherboard). The taruga thingy doesn't work. Either I'm very stupid, or it simply cannot be found. Please help me out! I'll direct you to the Azalia kext http://wiki.taruga.net/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=44 I won't assure you that it'll work for your sound card.. I don't need sound in, since I have a USB mic. The one that didn't work is taruga AD1988B rev 4 - not surprising, since it says that my asus p5b vanilla shouldn't work with any of those :/ Anyways, thanks again!
