I have a AMD 6000+ and 8800GT and i only get around 150...

Get better hardware.

 

That should be a fairly snappy machine for everyday stuff, though. XBench is a meaningless metric that has no relation to real world usability and performance.

Really? I noticed my computer was FAST, but the Xbench didn't really prove it...
