norcalrivercat Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 For some reason I can only get my Leopard system to boot from an external drive case. If i attach the drive internally i get a "Still Waiting for Root Device". i have successfully booted from internal before on different installs that I broke, but now it wont work. I havn't cared for the last few weeks but the problem is I lose access to my CD tray except when in windows. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? thanks.
