copperboy Posted May 30, 2008 Share Posted May 30, 2008 Hi. I just updated my hackintosh to 10.5.3. Steps are listed below. 1. Download kalyway_10.5.3_ComboUpdate, you know the place, don't you? 2. Follow the instructions in the package. 3. Boot with "update -v", after a few seconds, it will reboot your machine. 4. Boot with "-v", and this time you should get to the desktop. It says: caution : you may experienced boot problem related to gfx card ! especially with 7xxx nvidia series and ati ! if happen type -v -x Actually I am running a gfx-efi 7300GT PCI-E card, it's still OK. I lost a battery icon and a power management at the battery mode, and i have no idea how to bring it back. Do you mean everything is working like USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet & Wi-fi not to mention sounf & Display. If yes pls let me know which version of leopard u have installed.
