I've tried on my hackintosh, no success. I install the package, and reboot, and it doesn't find the card. I've run the apps it installs, and the apps can't see the card either. When I run Osx86tools, though, it can see and identify the card, but I can't get OS X to accept it. Anyone else tried this?

Same for me ;) System profiler doesn't even see a PCI device as being there so it's no wonder it won't work :( Anyone got further than this? BTW I installed the card in Vista (had to go to their website and download new drivers - would have been interesting if I didn't also have a wired connection! Their installation instructions are wrong too :(

The RT61 is PPC only; the date on the kext shows up as Nov 2007 so as far as I can see, there's no updated RT61 driver yet.

It's a real pain in the arse for me as iwi2200 is buggy as hell and it's stopping me switching to OS X on my Latitude D610. After a brief struggle getting PCMCIA to work, the least I expected was poor driver support as the open source stuff on Linux works quite nicely.

something very, VERY strange...

I have this card in my dual-boot iPC 10.5.6 / Windows XP Pro SP2 setup. I don't have the drivers installed on Windows XP SP2, nor did I do ANYTHING in terms of installing kexts for 10.5.6, but the card works in osx86 ;)

this is on an old Pentium 4.

pci settings .. or the RT2561 drivers are for PPC as stated in many threads. (get a different card.. or usb)
