Leo4All v3 Installed Perfectly = No Grey Apple Boot Screen?

I just installed Leo4All v3 10.5.1.

 

When the installer rebooted, I get the darwin boot loader timeout.

 

Then when the timeout is finished, i get some sort of verbose diagnostic boot screen.

 

It's like windows booting into safe mode XP/Vista loading all the drivers.

Not sure what it's called.

 

 

Everything Leopard works fine once it's finished booting, but i'm just wondering

 

How can i get the Grey Apple boot screen?

And why does it boot like it's loading all the drivers?

This is usually because the -v thing was added in advanced options.

 

Do you always do "-v"?

go to /library/preferences/systemconfiguration

 

look for the file com.apple.boot.plist

 

open it with bbedit and remove the -v and you will get the apple screen again

actually eddie added it so that people could see what was giving them errors, then we could remove it once everything was stable.
