First of all, you should post with more information about your set up, not just a generic "HELP I GOTS PROBLEMS OMG."

 

On certain motherboards the BIOS is a bit messed up and OS X hangs when it tries to access all of the cores, in which case you should refer to here: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=90505

 

Another possibility is that you checked the "cpus=1" options on Kalyway, in which case you would have to edit your com.apple.Boot.plist. Search for that.

Total Number Of Cores: 4

 

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz

 

this is the correct if you dont see this you need to apply with "kext helper" the apple smbios
