macprogrammer
Hello Everyone: Currently, I am faced with an issue. I would really love to use my MacBook with a home theater/projector TV, bur the system only utilizes Component, and my MacBook has Mini-DVI. The system may have HDMI, so solutions using HDMI might work, but preferably Component. What is the best solution to this? Currently I have these adapters: Mini-DVI to VGA DVI to VGA Mini-DVI to Video (S-Video and Composite) Hopefully I wouldn't have to buy another Apple adapter... OMX-Knuckles
A DVI to HDMI adapter such as this one would work, as would a VGA to Component adapter such as this. I recommend using HDMI- the VGA adapter probably won't support very high resolutions and it's extra kit to worry about.
