Darkmatter Posted April 30, 2008 Share Posted April 30, 2008 From what I read from other sources, I think these new iMacs has the same logic board used in Imac (August 2007). And it is possible for previous gen iMac owner to upgrade to this 45nm processor if it becomes available on the market. exman Posted May 1, 2008 Share Posted May 1, 2008 They are not special iMac processors. They are standard mobile (Centrino) processors, commonly found in Macbooks and Notebooks.
