Insane Devil
Hello everybody! Thanks to this lovely forum and its members, i have successfully installed the Leopard X on my Sony Vaio TZ Laptop. Now i got the following problems: 1. Doesnot Boot without DVD - gives b0 Error 2. How to boot back to my Windows Vista? I would like to have dual booting option at startup. 3. Leopard shows only Square screen, while my Laptop has Widescreen. part of the Left side is just Black, and desktop has been adjusted to 1024x768 resolution. there is no option given to change this to my own, excep its presets which are all square screened. 4. How to Connect to internet using WIFI? i tried the AirPort Utility, but it says cannot find any base station. Please help me guys, i am really stuck with this now, and cant proceed to do my work on my Vista. Thanks a lot! Re. point 1, i have read in the forum that i have to use Gparted live cd, so downloading that now, and will revert once its done successfully. Thanks.... fassl
Z is the partition number. Also i dont think only fdisk will solve this issue. do: "dd if=/usr/standalone/i386/boot1h of=/dev/rdiskXsY bs=512 count=1" Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/101971-b0-error-without-dvd-screen-resolution-issues/#findComment-729828 Share on other sites
