Thanks for the heads up. At least the program is UB. btw, even if you make the script yourself, for some reason, it always turns out to be PPC. It's the same with the startup script for Front Row. If someone knows how to create a script so that it show Universal, please post it.

Thanks

Hmmm... I wonder if the fact that it's universal will bring any significant performance boosts. Even with Mousepose, I still get the occasional tear.

I was always under the impression that scripts were too simplistic to be considered intel or ppc. Eh.. weird. Maybe I was just totally wrong.

:) this really wasn't intended to remove our problems. I had to revert back to 10.4.4. The mouse problem really got under my skin. I use this mainly when I use Safari, which is where the mouse problem is really noticable. Other than that, It's not enabled.
You can compile a sript for universal, you have to use the 'make it in application' command, I cannot remember the exact steps, I will post them later.

Thanks for the hint. You have to load the old script in Script Editor and save the file as Application Bundle. DO NOT save as Application. WHich gives me an idea with Front Row start script... :happymac:
