Framebuffer work, HD3000 kext and snbframebuffer load. no QE/CI. dev ven id 0x01068086 pci 1e3a8086. GraphicsEnables=No, detect as HD 3000. QE/CI not work may be HD 3000 .bundle n .plugin not load correctly, so open GL not work. :)

Your's detecting as HD 3000.?

Mine is detecting correctly as "Intel HD 2000 Sandy Bridge mobile 288 MB".

And QE/CI is still unsupported.Only the Framebuffer(resolution) and libva(video acceleration) driver works for now.

I wonder if someone can port the Linux OpenGL Mesa3D drivers in OS X.

Thanks

Your's not HD2000 is other id of HD2000 is 0x0106

You may search HD2000 with id 0x0102. This goes with core i3-2100. Thanks

are they patched hd3000 kexts; how they are "enabled"?

(when applehda is removed, Mountain Lion and Mavericks show 0x0106 as hd3000 with native resolution)

how the enclosed kexts are different?

I tried these on computer with a Intel Core i3-2120 with Intel HD Graphics 2000 built in. I copied the kexts from the HD2000.zip file into System\Library\Extensions with Kext Wizard. This allowed the system to boot, but I only get 1024x768. I'm using 10.8.4. Am I doing something wrong? Heres what my graphics look like under System Information:

Is there something else I need to do? Do I need to also used the kexts in the other Intel HD2000 replacement.zip?

@Sega Dude Did you get it working? I have a similar issue.

I am working on an HP P6-2326S desktop I bought about a year ago. Its as desktop, but I think its actually a laptop MOBO. Here's the specs

MOBO -

Foxconn 2ADA

Chipset - Intel Sandy Bridge rev09 (southbridge H61 RevB3)

processor

Pentium G645 @ 2.9 ghz

 Graphics

the utility I used on windows to get all the specs says its a "2050W on Intel HD Graphics". max rex shows 1600x900

The device ID shows "8086-0102" (which I noticed is the same as the screenshot you show).....

Anyways- I got 10.9.4 booting using ##### and #####. I had to boot into safe mode first few times, but got the graphics to load using the intel graphics in #####. After that it loads without needing safe mode but only in 1024x768 (strange thing is before that it would load the graphics in full res but only in safe mode).

Any help anyone can offer on this would be appreciated. I think I just need to find the right kext and am hoping this one will work?

Followup to my previous post...trying to get this working. I was able to extract my DSDT from the windows side using Aida64 - here is my raw DSDT.... https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/885/dsdt.aml

Can anyone help me patch this? I am struggling trying to figure out how to patch the DSDT. I just cant get the video working correctly or the audio, other than that everything else seems to be working. Video will load, but I only have 3 display modes and no QE or CLI.
