~pcwiz
This doesn't work on VMware. Tried updating my JaS 10.4.8, got a kernel stack error.
ironicall
I used the JaS 10.4.8 to do the original install then updated to 10.4.9 and again to 10.4.10 using the Koolkal updates. Works well. I did find that after the install of both 10.4.9 and 10.4.10 once it rebooted it go to the grey screen with the cursor at the bottom just spinning. I let this run for a few minutes and it eventually rebooted by itself and then booted into OSX without a problem. 10.4.9 seemed to not display the right cpu info as well as the clock being to fast, but the upgrade to 10.4.10 fixed it all. I don't have QE/CI support with my Sapphire X1650XT but I have recently bought a Asus 7900GS and am planning to install it with the hope of enabling both. But the Koolkal works excellent for me, just remember to let it reeboot after you upgrade and if you get the GSOD try letting it run for abit and see if it reboots by itself, That seemed to work well for me
rubenpp
Same here upgraded my JAS 10.4.8 install to Koolkal's 10.4.10 on my Gigabyte P35 DQ6 , rebooted twice after the upgrade and was greeted with a working OSX installation. Only had to reistall the ALC889a kexts .
