MorenoAv Posted February 26, 2018 Author Share Posted February 26, 2018 After installing lilu.kext and shiki.kext with kext utility, i was no Moore able to boot again, my pc rebooted and eternum, for that reason I installed in another ssd that I have lying around high Sierra 10.13.3 and here I am and now this ssd don't boot without usb, today is a good day for proving that sometimes is better to stay quiet and do nothing. After this sob story, and rant, could you guys help me? First I want to repair my other ssd because I have all my files there, how can I remove the said kexts. And in this one how can I solve this noob question, how to boot without usb? Thanks in advance Ps: This new installation have too freezes in safari... MARZILLO Posted February 26, 2018 Share Posted February 26, 2018 lilu and shiki are kext that work in efi ... do not have to be installed in s\l\e... now you do so ...connect your primary disk as usb to your new installation ... go to s \ l \ e and delete shiki and lilu .... reconnect your old disk and share with -f .... arrived at login repair permissions. .with the new disk if you want to start without usb do so ... install clover on the new disk, then replace the efi of the disk with the efi of the usb Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
