Jimmiegin
Hi guys, i had previously got this card working with mavericks but i can remember how. I have the correct device ID in the kext plist and the TP Link sees all networks but when i enter the router passphrase it says connection failed. I can't remember what i did to get it to connect or where a found the solution and after searching found nothing. Please can someone help? I am pretty sure the fix was quite simple just can't remember.

fusion71au
@Jimmiegin, I have the same card (based on Atheros AR9287, device id pci168c,2e) and it works well in Mavericks and Yosemite. If you use Clover's inbuilt DSDT patches, setting <key>FixAirport_4000</key> to true in your config.plist will work. Alternatively, you can also inject the device id by manually patched DSDT or a modded IO80211Family.kext Installing @toleda's toledaARPT.kext
