hello!

I read this in the net: The R7 260 X is nothing more than an ATI 7790 with a slightly better performance

if so, maybe we can...

thanks

The problem is that Optimus (the discrete part) will never work in OS X unless you can disable the HD graphics in the BIOS.

Optimus is Nvidia card.  :D

C70 vbox is a virtual machine not the actual it will be useless, and ur hardware is good, i have optimus (an nvidia card, switchable like your amd) i disabled it cuz the chip responsable of switching in either nvidia or amd isnt supported on osx (blame apple and nvidia and amd) so only Intel HD4400 will work, and use Allan's link, its a ALL IN ONE guide, I tried it and it ois working super good, try Clover (UEFI) method if you have UEFI, and Welcome to InsanelyMac, read the rules and respect them ;) we will not ban you for using them (ull know whats "them" in rules) but we will just dont bother ourselfs to help you ;) We are Vanilla and we will stay vanilla ;)
