Nightingale
I have just installed iATKOS S3 v2 on old Toshiba L300 (Intel T4300) on USB-attached drive. HDD is attached to two USB 2.0 ports,. Two ports are needed to supply proper voltage to HDD. After reboot I received "EBIOS Red Error". I cannot disable "Legacy USB Support" in BIOS because HDD will not work properly? I have succesfully installed iDeneb 1.4 in VMWare Player 5 on this machine but it is too slow
eep357
I don't know if that's the cause of your problem, but couldn't you just plug the 2nd "power only" cable into another computer, or a iPhone charger, or any USB port that supplies power?
Nightingale
After disabling Legacy USB support I could not boot any system from USB devices. I have tried older and newer USB sticks with Linux and Windows on them
