I am attempting to run Mac Hazard on a Compaq 515 running Win7 ultimate with a download of VirtualBox. I am new to using/installing OS X hazard on VirtualBox I have always just installed in as the main booting OS on the computer. I am getting a kernel panic when I run it in -v or -x -v on the screen where say press any key to continue or press f8. I attached a screenshot of the error message/panic.

What's your specs?

Go retail, it's just the price of two big mac combos. Distros are hazardous, if you forgive me the lousy pun.

Best regards!

agreed about retail. I bought 10.6.3 retail and installed it in VirtualBox, combo updated to 10.6.8, downloaded 10.8.2 in the app store, installed VMWare Player and then installed 10.8.2 there.

I'll tell ya now that VirtualBox is a pain in the ass. here's a link to my trials and tribulations with that infernal program.
