Can anyone please help me to create those Aqua style close, min & max style buttons ?

A guide or some explaination would be really helpful

you could probally use the tutorial mash gave you to create something pretty similar if you followed the same steps only with a different color.

Edit-I did it with red and it looks alot like the close button except for when you make the shine on the bottom part you have to lighten it up a bit from what it says in the tutorial

or...correct me if I'm wrong here...just grab a screenshot of a window and use the actual buttons.  If it's for a personal website it shouldn't be that big of a deal, if it is, then alter it a bit.
