You don't need a USB mouse, just do it through terminal:

sudo cp Path/To/Kext.kext /System/Library/Extensions/

Run Kext Utility

Or, if you don't have it/similar

chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions/

chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/

Reboot with -f

Then run Kext Utility

The latest VoodooPS2 installer is working well for me on a few systems, maybe give it a try once you actually have a mouse.

The problem you face is that you will first need to at least borrow a usb mouse to install the required kexts.

Here are the kexts you will need.

It did work on my Sony Vaio VPCEB3M1E with Lion 10.7.1 .. Thank you :wink2:

It appears to work, however, after much trial and error, this actually is the cause of shutdown and reboot failure on my system, which is a desktop HP8120n (Asus P5BW-LA Basswood3G, NVidia 9600 GS512, 6GB). After I removed it, the system can reboot and shutdown cleanly. Too bad, hope someone can come up with a better solution.
