i had the same problem, i resolve it with the nullcpupowermanagement.kext, put it in the 10.7 kext folder in iboot.

Im getting the msg: Cant install Mac OSX...use TimeMachine to restore...
so i already copied a patched OSInstall.pkg..but im still getting the same message
another way: i tried using XPC bootloader but im getting stuck at the NullCPUPowerManagement...its just saying CPUPowermanagement.start()

Could you be so kind, and upload the NullCPUPM.kext or post a link to an iBoot package, where i can find that kext?

The right way is with Chameleon 755 or 752 .. Forget iBoot rules..
