Hey everyone

How are you

How can I jailbreak iPhone OS 3.1.3 on my iPod Touch 3G?

The latest jailbreak tools released by Dev Team do not have jailbreaking capacity for iPod Touch 3G

Is there any alternative tool?

blackra1n can teathered jailbreak the ipod on 3.1.2... im not sure about .3... It would be worth waiting a month or so for a v4 jailbreak.... Or, i could supply a beta key if you wanted???

you cannot jailbreak your iPod at 3.1.3 if you haven't jailbroken it before.

There is no way to downgrade to 3.1.2 either, unless you've saved your 3.1.2 ECID SHSH keys from Cydia (which i doubt you have since you haven't jailbroken before). The devteam and geohot have found about 3 exploits for the iPhone OS. They aren't sure which one to use to stay ahead of Apple with OS 4.0 (see p0sixninja's blogpost here).

There will most likely be a jailbreak by the end of the month, so just be patient and wait. I have to play the waiting game too. I had to get my iPhone replaced and they gave me an new one with 3.1.3 on it... So just wait till the end of this month and there should be a jailbreak out for iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch.
