mm67
Help! Help i need Modified BIOS for msi p43 neo-f You do not need a modified bios, you need a patched dsdt.aml file. There is absolutely no need to mess with bios flashing.

mm67
where to find an etot file? and that with him to do? You can make it yourself. Start by extracting the original one, I'll show two easy ways to do that. Method 1. Download Ubuntu live cd, boot it. Open terminal and run cat /proc/acpi/dsdt > dsdt.aml Copy that dsdt.aml file to some place where you can access it later (usb stick, network share etc.) Method 2. Boot to Windows Install Lavalys Everest Corporate Edition Run it and right click bottom status bar Choose ACPI tool and select Save DSDT Save the file using name dsdt.aml Next you need to patch the dsdt, you can use Koalala's patcher in Windows or Fassl's patcher in OS X Koalala's patcher : http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=142434# Fassl's patcher : http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=133683# Then you make a bootcd with patched dsdt and install retail Leo or Snow Leo

mm67
I have patched dsdt! how to create bootcd with patched dsdt ? Do you have access to a computer running OS X ? If you do then you can use BootCDMaker. If you have only Windows then it might be better to do a boot stick with BootThink since they have a Windows installer. Post the dsdt and I can check that it is ok.

You must install a bootloader, Chameleon for example. You can start by making a usb stick and booting with that. When you are sure you know how to use Chameleon then you can install it to hard disk.
