According to Prasys, the beta builds for the next update have removed 64 bit Intel graphics support! On the bright side, it means Apple's aware of a problem with the drivers. If I boot 32bit in my notebook the screen is taller than the display (I cant see the dock, for example, but it's there), although my screen resolution is perfectly selected for my display (1280x960).
