macprodan Posted May 30, 2006 Author Share Posted May 30, 2006 Yeah, had a few problems installing Motion 2.0.1. I Installed via Pacifist and After Extraction and installation it asks if i want to replace File or Leave alone if i Replace most Pro Apps stop working. if i leave Alone Motion 2 works and So still Does Logic, but now Final Cut 5.1 dont.. Lol. ill try to remove Compressor and see how that Effects it. Edit... Its working now.????? all i did was Test Compressor B4 i removed it.. so i thought if that works , FC should had my Fingers Crossed and Bam Final Cut is now Working.. So is Compressor. zedzed Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 I set up a 10.4.6 box for my buddy and FC worked fine. We then did a clean install of 10.4.7 and then tried to install FC 5.1 and all we get is one bounce of the icon and then nothing. Is there something in 10.4.7 that kills FC? Weird thing is that XBench gives much better results in 10.4.7 than in 10.4.6 Using D945GNTLR mob with onboard GMA950 video QE/CI are working Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is a fresh install of 5.1 for me (w/ no previous versions), on top of a fresh 10.4.7 JaS native install.
