Warning: If you have XP installed and then Update OSX...

If you have done a Dual Boot setup on your intel iMac and then update OSX to a new version (such as I just did to 10.4.5) then the system defaults back to the apple boot.efi file. You will have to rebless the xom.efi file to get dual boot back.

Mmh doesn's seem too tricky to me. Only replacing one file isn't of much matter... But thanks for the info. :poster_oops:

anywhere you want on the OSX partition. Just be sure to note that location when you bless it.

If you get a new system, and intend on setting XP up on it, I suggest just doing all of your updates after you get repartitioned, then getting Windows on. Saves a step, is what I did.
