ok i am tring to install 10.5.1 (kalyway) but it goes to the dvd's darwin boot loader. i press enter and it says

 

Loading Darwin X86

/ | \ - / | \

Blah blah blah...

so it does thatt for about 1-4 min.

then it reboots

 

 

here aare my pc specs

 

cpu pentium 4 2.8 w/ht (HT DISABLED)

mobo is asus p4 something

1024mb ddr333mhz ram

dvd RW from ide then usb still no go...

3 hdds 1 160gb ide 2 raided for capacity sata (1 80gb 1 300gb)

6200 geforce gfx crd

 

 

can someone please help me fix this or att least tell me what is causing it THx(86) in advance

When you are prompted to, press F8 then type the following:

 

-v

 

hit enter and you should see text rather than a grey screen. You should see the error that is causing you to restart.

 

 

i dont think where at the same page... the system reboots at the loading darwin x86 page not a grey page but ill try it in a second

it restarts at loaadin hfs+ file systems /library/extensionssystem.kext/plugis/mac~ something... i cant make it out paast there. it dosent stop at the crash it just restarts so i had to (Try) to record it with my decent camerphone (nokia 6555) itts prettty good... besides that dose/ will thaat help?
