littlepr
I can't boot into 10.4.4 unless I have a Mac 10.4.3 install DVD in the drive. So how can I make the 10.4.4 partition the primary boot partition without needing to have the DVD in the drive guys? Something like fix MBR for Mac would suffice. Maybe it's just an editable boot file, right? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/9931-success-installing-but-now-cant-boot-up-unless/ Share on other sites
jbjonas
You need to make that partition Active, and there are many ways to do that. Try searching the forums here... I have seen several threads with detailed instructions for that (also in the wiki) especially in the last week, since 10.4.4 has been cracked.
