droidian
I have a very stable Kalyway installation with only a few bugs. 1) CPU's only show 1.86Mhz versus 2.33Mhz 2) Bus speed shows 100Mhz? 3) I have to put the computer to "sleep" then immediately wake it up to have the graphics perform properly 4) Shutdown only shuts my monitor down My sig has my config.... Any ideas? I have tried platform=OSX86PC I run a vanilla Kernel. Have tried all that were on the Kalyway 10.5.2 disk and behavior is consistent. Gujal
you need to setup fsb=266 or whatever is correct for your machine in com.apple.boot.plist. Search in the forums for that Sleep issues are common with Vanilla Kernel, same goes for the shutdown/reboot issues. You will be better off with a patched kernel Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/99135-wrong-clock-speed/#findComment-707917 Share on other sites
