Crazziee99
Hi, I have two problems with Leo4All. First Prob, After install. The systems will only boot Leopard if the DVD is in the drive? I can't seem to get it to boot straight from the Hard drive? Is this a timeout issue or did i not install anything? Second prob? This will probably be fixed by the first problem, When I try to dual boot from Vista it fails with a chain error. Any help would be greatly apprieciated. thanks, Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/98704-dual-booting-2-seperate-hds/ Share on other sites
dopeyo
2 questions - did you place chain0 in c:\ ? are you booting from Vista's boot.ini? Did you setup your Leo drive as MBR (not GUID)? if all else fails, ask the google about "chain0 error". Crazziee99
I was using BCedit, I am not too concerned with the dual boot at the moment. I just want to be able to boot Leopard of my Hard drive with out the DVD. How do i check if it's GUID or MBR. I just did the standard leo4all version 2install.
