jeremiahzg
I've got Kalyway 10.5.2 with AMD and Intel support installed on my second partition, after a 100GB partition for Windows. The installation went great, detected my hard drive, booted up without any extra flags, etc. But now that it's installed, it throws the error shown in the title. My system: Model = Toshiba Satellite A215-S7433 Processor = AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core TK-55 Video = ATI RADEON X1200 Wireless = Realtek RTL8187B Motherboard = ATI SB600 Those should be the important specs. I'll dig up more in-depth ones at request. If you need any more messages from the boot sequence, let me know--I forgot to write them down when I was trying to boot. Thanks. p.s. It might be useful to note that I've installed Leopard on this laptop before--10.5.1. Can't remember the distribution, but it was for AMD processors. It worked, but I couldn't get the graphics card to smooth out and Realtek didn't have an RTL8187B driver for Leopard yet.

chrs2021
I had the same exact issue, you must also install the AMD patches.
jeremiahzg
Leo4All didn't work, either. Same error. chrs2021: I did not see those during the installation of either Kalyway or Leo4All. Where might I find them? p.s. I'm downloading Zephyroth 10.5.1 for AMD SSE2/SSE3 right now. I'm fairly certain that this is what I had before. Hopefully it works, and hopefully the software that I very much need to use supports it.
