user2 Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 I have updated to 10.4.5 and am having a few issues. I as many others have reported cannot mount disk images. I have seen a number of people say there is an easy fix for this but I can't seem to find it. I also only have 1024x768 as an option where in 10.4.4 I had a ton. Apart from that everything else seems to work well. munky Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 uhh.... are you sure you mean 10.4.5? i thought there was no 10.4.5 patch yet? or are you on a real iMac Core Duo / MacBook Pro ? Or have you installed the 10.4.5 patch then reapplied maxxuss' patches, which means you have a hodgepodge of 10.4.4 and 10.4.5 ? user2 Posted February 23, 2006 Author Share Posted February 23, 2006 Yes, it's a hodgepodge. I reapplied the maxxuss patches and used 10.4.4 kernel. I had to use 10.4.3 IOATA and the Apple SMBIOS but that's about it. It actually feels a bit faster but "feeling" doesn't count.
