You don't accept money orders because you don't want to be scammed, but you are scamming the buyer buy "including" Office and CS3 but keeping the discs for your personal use. You include the cost of the software into your buy it now price (a student can get a brand new black MacBook with 2.4GHz CPU, 2GB of RAM, and 250GB hard drive for that price).
