robi0026 Posted April 6, 2008 Share Posted April 6, 2008 i have a dell 1720 with an nvidia 8600m gt. when i install iatkos 1.0 my computer can shutdown and restart perfectly. but after i install the nvidia kexts, i cant shutdown or restart fully, it shutdowns but my computers led lights will remain on. been trying to get this to work for a while. any help in appreciated. alopsor Posted April 7, 2008 Share Posted April 7, 2008 I have the same card. I solved the problem this way. Don´t install any video driver during OSX86 install process. When system is installed, install with nvinstaller v33, not the last (v41), use 33, it worked for me ande the guy I read it from. Good luck.
