Hello everyone,

I recently enabled QE/CI on my video card (Sapphire ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 256MB PCI-E). I don't know if anyone is having, or had this problem, but anyway, the problem is that, after enabling QE/CI, I can't see the Screensavers (when I preview them they're all black) and also the Coverflow view does not work.

It's weird, because before I enabled QE/CI, both, the Screensavers and Coverflow worked perfectly. Now that QE/CI is enabled, I can't see them. What could have happened? What can I do to fix the problem? Any help from you guys will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT:

Hey everyone,

I have some good news, I finally managed to solve the problem! I now have QE/CI/QGL enabled and everything works (including screensaver, coverflow, and videos). What I did was, I extracted Modbin's Package Drivers (for 71c6 indentifier), and edited every kext, replacing 71c6 with my device ID (71c7). I then replaced the files on the extensions folder with the edited ones, ran the Extensions Repair program, restarted, and bingo, everything works.

It seems to me there was a problem with the identifier, and that was causing errors when watching video, in coverflow and with the screensavers. So, after all the hard work, I got to say that everything is working perfectly.

If you have any question, let me know.
