KellyKelly Posted April 5, 2008 Share Posted April 5, 2008 I updated my system to 10.5.2 plus the graphic update and NVinject 0.2.1. I notice Desktop performance have dropped dramatically. When I minimize a windows, the Genie Effect is laggy and stutter. If I add a new dashboard, the water effect is slow as well. Has anyone experienced this problem? I have Core Image and Quartz Extreme Enabled. But the weird thing is, when I run games such as StuntManiaPro, my framerate is high at 60+ with no lag, and I do see graphic improvement. Any idea guys? --------------------------------- EDIT: Problem Solved by switching DVI cable to the first port[the port near the motherboard] Also I gave a shot and use a command line to enable Quart Extreme 2D.
