BB88 Posted April 2, 2008 Share Posted April 2, 2008 When you boot from the DVD, it will load tons of files before you reach the GUI installer. I'm wondering where do these files go? Will it go to my other partition other than the partition I install Leopard to? eddie11c Posted April 2, 2008 Share Posted April 2, 2008 Leopard creates 3 RAM disks during the initial bootup to hold these files. These are just in resident memory, not on an actual disk drive.
